MEND declares "all out war" in Nigeria's Southern region

The heavily armed Militia group in Nigeria called the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta have declared "all out war" in the oil rich Niger Delta of Nigeria. After the successful Nigerian Military rescue operation to free hostages held by MEND earlier in the week. The militia group released this statement to the media on Friday:

""MEND is declaring an all-out war in the region and calls upon all men of fighting age to enlist for our freedom,"
