Video report on Nigeria promoting marriage between HIV couples to prevent spread of the virus

Nigeria's latest attempt to combat the spread of HIV is to promote marriage between HIV positive couples. According to the United Nations Nigeria has the third largest HIV population in the world.

Yeah, it's yet to be determined how well this tactic will reduce the spread.But I like the fact that at least communities are embracing it instead of discriminating against HIV carriers.

HIV couple marriages maybe the closest thing we have to decreasing the infection rate. It may not be a cure but it is an idea that can be implemented, not only in Nigeria but in Sub-Saharan Africa. Who knows it may work effectively?

Come to think of it, one of the causes of HIV Infections in married couples is Infidelity. The most prevalent cause of HIV Infection in single people, is promiscuity. How do you curb these two? Difficult, you may say, and you won't be wrong.
