Nigeria has confirmed its first Ebola case since 2014. The patient is a woman who recently travelled from Uganda and later tested positive in Abuja. Health authorities have begun contact tracing, identified 44 contacts for monitoring, and urged healthcare facilities nationwide to strengthen surveillance and infection-control measures as the outbreak spreads across Africa.
