Real Madrid have officially set the world record for the highest bid in football history. Manchester United have accepted the £80m bid that Real Madrid have put up for Ronaldo.
The spanish club realeased this statement:
"Real Madrid confirm they have made an offer to Manchester United for the acquisition of the rights of the player Cristiano Ronaldo"
With the recent signing of AC Milan hero Kaka and now Ronaldo. Real Madrid are doing all they can to return to the glory days of the Galacticos era and literally giving current Barca champs a run for their money!
